Facebook cookies 

The Sea Horse website uses Facebook Pixel to measure and create advertising for custom audiences, and to ensure that our ads are shown to the right audiences. 

The Facebook pixel can also be used to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads and use this data for statistical and market research purposes. The information collected remains anonymous and we cannot see any personal information about an individual user.  

However, Facebook stores and processes the information collected and is able to link this information to the user's Facebook account and use the information for its own marketing purposes in accordance with the Facebook Privacy Policy.

Summary 

The register of regular customers of Noho restaurants is kept by the Finnish restaurant group NoHo Partners Oyj (business ID: 1952494-7). The data collected in the register consists of contact information provided by the customer and automatically collected usage data. The data processing is based on the customer relationship. The data is used for the implementation and development of services, customer relationship management, advertising and marketing. The data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the NoHo Partners Group, with the exception of service providers, and the data processing will only be carried out in Finland.  

 

1. What information we collect  

We may collect information about you when you register for our services, use our website, visit our restaurants or otherwise interact with us. The information we collect can be divided into two categories based on the source of the information: (a) information you provide to us and (b) information we collect automatically. We may combine and combine the information you provide to us with information we collect automatically.

The primary ground for processing personal data is the customer relationship (material connection) between a company belonging to the NoHo Partners group and you and our legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship and targeting marketing. We do not sell your personal information and we will only disclose your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Any disclosure will be in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. We may disclose your personal data within the NoHo Partners group to persons responsible for loyalty, sales and marketing.  

We may transfer your personal data for the purpose of acquiring loyalty cards to service providers who provide services to us, such as data processing and other information technology services, promotional, competition and sweepstakes services, and opinion and market research services. We will not allow such service providers to use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than to provide services on our behalf.   

If, for strategic or other business reasons, we decide to sell or transfer all or part of our business, as part of such sale or transfer we may transfer the information we collect and retain, including customer information containing your personal information, to anyone involved in the sale or transfer of the business.
